After graduation, alumni can continue to use their @udel.edu email addresses and continue to send and receive email using GMail @UDel.edu. Students graduating in May 2029 or later will lose access to their @udel.edu email 1 year after their graduation date.
In addition, alumni with Google Workspace accounts will continue to have access to Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Talk, Google Groups, and Google Sites within Google Apps @UDel.edu.
Remember that our Google workspace account has a storage limit, and data you store in Google Workspace counts against this storage limit.
Alumni can check or change some of their Google Workspace settings by visiting the Alumni Settings page before they log in to Google Workspace @UDel.edu. The Alumni Settings page is also available from the Google Workspace login page.
Using the Alumni Settings page

You will be asked to log in with your UDelNet ID and password. Only alumni with Google Workspace @UDel.edu accounts will be able to log in successfully.

You can change your name, add a forwarding email address, change a forwarding address, etc.

Any changes you make will not take effect until you have confirmed them.
