Issue:
A student is not getting selected during need based packaging. When we view that student's View Financial Aid Status page it shows that they have a SAP undetermined status.
Context:
The queries that select which students are ready for need based packaging require certain SAP statuses to qualify. A student with an undetermined status is most likely a student that was missed by prior SAP runs and would not get selected for packaging.
Resolution:
We need to run SAP for this student as well as any other students who may fit into this category. We can use this query: UDSFS_SAP_UNDETERMINED to identify active students who are undetermined. Check in with the operations group before you run the batch process. To access the batch process navigate to Menu > Financial Aid > Satisfactory Academic Progress > Process SAP.
