Redeem Your UD Classwork VMware License

Troubleshooting

Issue: I didn't receive an email from IT Academy.
Resolution: Check your junk email and deleted items folders for a message from info@itacademy.brightspace.com. If you can't find the email message, the issue may be that you previously set up an account for VMware licences. To resolve, go to https://itacademy.brightspace.com/d2l/login and click on the Forgot your password? link. Type your UD email address and click Submit. Follow the steps to reset your password.
